Authentication issue via access manager.
Hello ,
I am trying to log-in Pega through SSO(Access manager via f5 load balancer to Pega) using my credential but it is redirecting to Pega login screen and not calling the Authentication service. In the HTTP header request Pega-RULES cookies (atn} is coming. We are using Pega v8.2. Please suggest

Could you please enable below loggers in DEBUG mode and reproduce the issue:
- com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.util.PRSAMLv2Utils
- com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.sso.saml.SAMLv2ResponseSSOProfileValidator
- com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.sso.saml.SAMLv2ResponseProtocolValidator
- Rule_Obj_Activity.pySAMLWebSSOAuthenticationActivity
The logs generated post DEBUG enable should be verbose enough to locate the issue.

Hello,
After correcting the servlet mapping in the web.xml, now am able to login to the Pega platform through access manager using the SSO credentials. But now after giving the credentials in Access manager url, it is showing the Pega error screen(Upgrade UAT Error.jpg) and hitting the same URL again or the refreshing the browser , able to login into Pega platform successfully (Upgrade UAT Error1). Please suggest. What could be the reason for this issue.
