CSSA 8.3 Course - Unable to view section rules

We are unable to view details of any section rule in CSSA 8.3 Exercise instance ( Cloud) . Rules Design tab is blank , even after multiple refresh.

Please advice.

The URL you have provided does not work. Please perform the following in order:

  • Log out of current Pega Academy sessions
  • Close all active browser tabs/windows
  • Completely clear browser cache and cookies
  • Restart browser and retry access to the course again from https://academy.pega.com/dashboard/online
  • If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again
