Missed Deadlines

Hi Team,

I received this CLSA journey mail that indicates that I must complete the CLSA Readiness exam by Oct 31. Unfortunately, the mail was lying on my junk folder and was not noticed untill today. Is there a way to extend the dates? If yes, how?
