Cannot do my exercices online - I get an error message

Hello,

I am attending onling trainings: System Architect 8.

I was working on the online following exercice: Configuring a case type.

Once I deleted the previous work I have done, I have received an error message: my login session is blocked (no ID available). See attached file. I cannot connect to exercices VMs any longer.

Could you please unlock me?

Please perform the following in order:

-    Log out of current Pega Academy sessions
-    Close all active browser tabs/windows
-    Completely clear browser cache and cookies
-    Restart browser and retry access to the course again from https://academy.pega.com/dashboard/online
-    If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again
