Need Exercise System For CSSA 7.4 in office

Hello, I have enrolled to CSSA 7.4 and completed the course. However i am not able to download the exercise system in office since its huge. We used to have a pega cloud "https://paex56-ap.pegacloud.io/prweb" with SSA@TGB and rules. These credentials are also not working. Could you please help me with the exercise system for CSSA?

It is likely the exercise system had expired.

Please perform the following in order:

-    Log out of current Pega Academy sessions
-    Close all active browser tabs/windows
-    Completely clear browser cache and cookies
-    Restart browser and retry access to the course again from https://academy.pega.com/dashboard/online
-    If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again

If the problem continues, please send an email to [email protected] and request to have your exercise system reset. You will need to provide the login email for Pega Academy, as well as the course name and version.
