Hi Eddie,

It is near to two days this exercise system is not working. I called to Pega and they mentioned SLA is 48 hours. SLA is near to be crossed. please advise.

My recommendation is to reset the exercise system, From the course overview page, click Options, then Reset exercise system.

I should have specified, but my course is the System Architect Essentials, Version 8. The credentials I was given don't work with this, assuming it's a different exercise system. Do you know of a fix for the Essentials course?
