Need clarification on Enterprise Class Structure from SSA 8.1 course
When we create an application we have classes created for implementation structure as Org-App-ClassGroup
Do we have always only one organization mapped to an application?
Can't we have two or more organizations mapped to an application? suppose an application can have two class structures as Org-App-ClassGroup1 and Org1-App-ClassGroup2.
Is it always necessary to have a 'Work' Class Group when you create an application?

An application is always pattern inherited to an organizational layer. You cannot have an application pattern inherit from 2 organizational layer.
And yes, you always have a "Work" class group created when you create an application.
