Exercise: Using DCO to capture feedback
I'm trying to complete the Delivering a Pega Project course and I'm currently stuck on the exercise to use DCO to capture feedback. Following the Exercise steps I arrive to the Case Types field, which is empty, and when I try create the "Assistance request" case type, an duplicate entry error displays. If I create a different case type, I am prompted to create a workflow, which was never discussed. The "save and run" feature, is also not accessible as a result. Can you help me figure out where I've goofed up?

If the error persists please provide us with the screenshots of the screens you completed in the exercise and tell us what steps you have completed from the exercise guide.
