Thank you Marc. As a matter of fact I am a macro (VBA) expert so, I may start working on such a tool.

But, I am pretty sure that someone has already done that. That's why I was asking the "community".

If my manager agrees, I hope to share it with the community when done.

There are also Tools available on the market that compares two Excel files. I may also look into an option to dowload two versions of a given rules to a local folder and use the compare tool. I'm also curious to know if someone has also tried that.
