Adobe Flash Player End of Life impact to clients running v7.1.8, 7.3 and 7.4

Per Pega Platform Support guide, the Pega Platform team will replace or remove all the Flash-based developer productivity tools in the Pega Platform in a future release. What will be the impact if clients are running v7.1.8, v7.3, and v7.4 Pega Platform apps? Do they need to upgrade to v8 by end of 2020?

Thank you for the response pointing to the other thread on the community.  I know my client looks forward to early 2020 when the topic will be updated and when Pega puts the component on Pega Exchange for clients running older Pega Platform releases that will replace the old widget.
