Hotfix installation issue

Hi Team,

We are getting the below issue while installing Hotfix. Please find the attached screenshot. Appreciate your quick response.

Pega v.7.4.0

Error: Error validating DL file: Could not determine the product and release for HFIX-46672 in DL-105224.zip. This hotfix may be missing from the catalog - contact Pega Support.

This seems very odd. I can get past this screen when I try to install DL-105224.zip.

Can you try again and see if you have the same problem?

If so, can you check that your PegaTemp location isn't full and also see if there is some form a Java exception or further details in the PegaRULES log.
