Thank you for reporting this. This looks to be the case for many other users as well. Issue looks to be with PDF documents.

I logged in a BUG with high priority but I haven't heard back from the team. I'm guessing it maght take a few hours. Meanwhile, is there any particular document that I could help you with? I currently have access to download the PDF files.
