configuring the PEGA login portal

How can i do customization on PEGA login page?

what part of my HTML code in Web-Login ,to be changed in order change the LOGO of pega login page..?

and please help me in create ruleset, create a new access group, and save rules to the new ruleset.

I am also attaching a referal document where you can change the code to make few cosmetic changes on the UI of login page that is marked in red.
