Generate ER diagram and data model structure with in Pega

Hi,

How to generate ER diagram for data model with in Pega. I need to have data model structure used for my application.

As users in the linked thread indicated, the Actions menu appears to be missing for most developers, even those logged in as an admin. Is there a specific privilege or role that a user needs to have in order to display the Actions menu in Data Explorer for App Studio?
