Pega REST Service to support multipart/form-data for receiving File

Looking for any link/document on how to implement Pega REST service to receive File in multipart (multipart/form-data). The REST service will be in JSON.
We are not looking for Pega REST connect, or in XML format. We need help on how to set up REST Service rule and preferably in step by step way.
