Pega has given default OOTB Flow action pyTransferassinment but here the case  not routed operator based on dropdown selection whereas the case is routed to workbasket so how to assign the case to individual operators based on dropdown selection?

The pyTransferrAssignment flow action in Work- includes an option to switch between assigning to an operator and assigning to a workbasket.  Can you please clarify on what behavior you see when you try to use this flow action?  Does it only give you the option to assign to workbaskets?

If I am not wrong, your query is :

You have a dropdown listing options of users to whom the case needs to be routed.When you select a user,the case needs to be routed to him.

right?

Add all the list of operators you want the case to route in a dropdown list of a property type of picklist. Select the step which you want to route.(note:the step must be after the assignment containing dropdown)

In contextual properties panel,you have Route to option in General tab , there select Specific user  and  refer property name there for eg.  .UserSelected .
