Index Management in SMA node showing different remote node ID than what was configured in Search Settings

I have configured Search settings through designer studio and also enabled search index on this node. However when I am trying to validate this through an SMA node -->Administration -->Index Management, this says indexing is enabled on a different node ID. Anyone facing the same issue ?

Where does the index shards reside?Are they available in the node which you configured using designer studio or the one you see under "Index Management"?

Are you able to create index successfully on the node listed under "Index Management"?
