Web Adapter not Responding/Getting Hanged

while debugging the solution web application is getting hanged and unable to move further, I have raised SR-D11085 to look into this issue, does anyone has any idea on this issue, kindly advise.

No It's not resolved as we are not upgrading to the latest version, But all of my others teams are using the same adapter but it is working fine to them,Don't know how?
