Identify out of box rule/table for error codes and messages

Is there any out of box rule / table in PRPC where all system related error codes / messages are stored.

For ex:

000 – Successful
001 – 020 – SOAP related errors
021 – 040 – Obj-* failures
041 – 060 – RDB-* Failures
061 – 080 – File Listener failureS
081 – 100 – DB failures
201 – 220 – Email Issues
