Not able to login with the provided credential to the excersie.

I am keeping getting the login issue with the credential provided for the exercise. it says "The information you entered was not recognized. " after the attempts. Can you please let me know how to login properly to do the exercise?

Which course and which exercise are you trying? Also, is it on cloud? Do you have the URL for us?
