I've been trying to route from one step to another step in different stage. How do I do it?

Hi,

You can use "Change stage utility" smart shape and you can also use OOTB activity pxChageStage by passing the stage name to which you need to be jumped, if the case to be jumped for particular step under those stages, configure step behaviors and configure stage behaviors options can be used.
