Validate Rule Says 'No additional Conditions'

I created Validate rule with a couple conditions.

Then later I decided to add another for conditions

But it says ‘No additional Conditions’

Any ideas why this happens

Can you please share complete configuration screen shots of validate rule?

What is the version of the pega used?

I just needed to click on left to add property first.

Then click 'add' on right.
