Getting unknown error on interrogation of text adapter

When clicked on start interrogation of IBM PCom text adapter i am getting an unknown error. I've made the solution dirty and cleaned the solution many times and also i've rebooted 4 times still the issue is not resolved

You need to add Windows Application and then the IBM PCom. Follow instructions in the Pega Robotic Automation Advanced Topics .
