Internal Cassandra Database
Hi there,
I need to understand how does the Pega internal Cassandra database works, what is it used for, how does it stores data and how can I access and analyse it. I was not able to find any information about this in the documentation.
Can you please try to help me or provide me some information about where can I learn about this?

Cassandra is a NoSQL repository that stores dataset in tables, in columnar format, and distributes the data onto multiple nodes within the cluster to provide high read and write throughput. The cluster can be scalable up with relative ease, by adding commodity server(s) to the existing cluster and letting the cluster manage the data distribution automatically. It is self contained/managed cluster, where each node acts the same. The nodes communicate among each other and share cluster state to each other. If a node failure happens the cluster adjust automatically and and routes request to replica data set without the user knowing.
Cassandra is used with the DSM (Pega Marketing).
