SLA Item Stuck in "Processing"
Hi Guys,
I have configured an SLA to reach goal in 2 min. When the assignment is reached, we have the SLA item in the processing queue. It stays there forever with Attempts as 0. Following are the things I have ensured:
1. Access Group on Requestor Type.
2. Access Group on Agent.
3. Remove all stale SLA Items and retest.
4. Able to trace the event, it stops every time at step 2 of worklock Activity.
5. No information in logs.
