StaticContentCleaner agent is not working in 7.2.2
Hi All,
We have noticed StaticContentCleaner agent is not deleting the static files from static content path.
/S10/temp/StaticContent/common
Any issue with agent in 7.2.2. Also we have noticed java function in agent activity.
pega.getStaticContentUtils().pruneStaticContentStore();
So we want to know how pega is reading the static contect path.

There are other cleaner agents like SystemCleaner, DeleteUnusedStaticContentFiles to perform cleanups from DB tables & in-memory caches.
The static content folder will not be cleaned up from 7.2.2 as shared directory files being used considered to complement certain new features in product, this is deprecated for now.

Hi Deva,
StaticContentCleaner agent is deprecated and disabled by default from 7.2.2 versions.
That's why the pruneStaticContentStore() won't do anything.

ok thanks for response. What is the alternative for this agent also do you know how pega is referring various paths for clean up.
