How to download Pega 7.4

Greetings!

Dear Concern,

I am learning System Architect Essential.

I want to download Pega 7.4 application for hands-on work on it but the page says "This Content is Restricted".

How to download the app?

after click download pega 7.4, please hold on the page , then click again and again , if the all 3 pages still can not download , then please connect network using your phone 4G network , then click into the download page . * please use internet , don't use edge or google.
