Chatbot upgrade issue

Hi All,

There is some issue with our chatbot . As per the resolution given by SR, we need to install 7.3 and above version of pega chat.

But when i import the zip into the application and click on next nothing is happening. Not showing anything on the screen and upgrade doesn't happen. Am i missing something ?

Hi Susan, We have already installed and configured the server for the chat bot which was for version 7.12. Now I need to upgrade to 7.4 I got the upgrade file (.zip) from pega. Importing that doesn't do anything
