Anyone successfully implemented solutions for 100k or more results for export to excel?
Have similar requirement in 7.3. Tried Shell script invoke, but pega creating threads due to longtime and it takes 1 hr to generate file finally.
Any successfully implemented solutions for 100k or more results for export to excel?
Our requirement can go upto 400k.

Updating this post for the resolution provided on the original post by @REDDYG02
We achieved by using Java methods to invoke a shell script and drop to a location and expose the location.
Java snippet wil use RunTIme and Process Proc class methods to excute the shell script.
Shell script we can design to pass params and extract the report just like Pega does on Database.

The Pega reporting feature was not designed to achieve this sort of data mining exercise. For that use case have a different product BIX.

I was able to achieve this using java and SH combination.
Java does the Shell script invocation by passing required params to the shell script.
Shell script reads the param and invokes the pega database using the https://env-int-api-gw.companydomain.com/splitpea/decrypt service and extracts the content and put as csv file in a location. Folder has been exposed to business to view them.
