ShowDesktop

Hi All

I am calling a custom activity in place of ShowDesktop to invoke a flow using Work-.New and calling ShowDesktop as utility in the flow before the end shape. I am able to see the user portal after the flow completes but I am not seeing menu options and other dashboard options enabled. For example when I click on the operator on top right I don't see logoff and other menu options which we see in general. Can anybody advice what's going wrong.

Hello,

Well I guess this because your context is completely different.

Work-.New will be generating a case and ShowDesktop will try to open the main portal. Can you try to call ShowDesktop outside Work-.New context maybe, completely outside the FLOW.

You can try invoking the flow using Pega OOTB Newfromflow instead of New. After that you can call the show-desktop. It should work.
