select multiple events from combo box

Hi,

I am using an application called CLS in which i need to select multiple event rows but through Bot i can select only one bcoz manually i need to press CTRL and select multiple which is how to do by bot i don't hav eany idea. Plz anyone have any idea to do that then plz share. For reference plz refer attached image of application. Thanks in advance.
