Pega 7.4 with AES 7.3.1 is compatible or not
Try to Install and Configure AES 7.3.1 on Pega 7.4 with JBOSS EAP 7.0. Please let me know whether compatible or not

As per my understanding, I don't think that's something which is supported.

As stated elsewhere AES is a Pega Application and, as such, it is supposed to run on a Pega Platform of the same version.
The latest AES version at the moment of writing is AES Proprietary information hidden which is meant to run on Pega 7.3.
Running it on Pega 7.4 may cause UI issues that will be addressed in the next release.
If possible run AES Proprietary information hidden on Pega 7.3 or wait for AES 7.4 on Pega 7.4.
Otherwise, please let us know if previous options are both not viable.

You may also want to look into PDC offering (cloud based AES basically), Pega are now offering this to customers for free, this is hosted and managed by us. The advantages of using PDC is the customer is always using the latest updates, bug fixes etc.
