Need to Refreshing section in another thread from the current thread

I want refresh a section in another intent/thread from current intent/thread

Please let me know the possibilities.

Is the other section in parent section? Or embedded in a parent section? 

Configure a link to have click Action = "Run Activity".

Specify "RedirectAndRun".  Parameters:

           ThreadName  = name of the Thread that displays the Section you want to refresh.
            Location = QueryString to send to the other Thread

Regarding "Location", temporarily configure the Link to do "Refresh Other Section" then use Fiddler to capture the QueryString that is issued. Reference
