I have not been able to open any flow shapes from any process from any of the nodes and environments that we have. I checked the Pega log but the only thing it is complaining about is not having access to a report definition that is completely unrelated to the flow shape or process that I was trying to open.

Does anyone know what the specific configuration would be, perhaps access control to a specific harness or section that would enable me to open any type of flow shapes?
