How to convert WO attachments from Word to PDF

Need help with converting Work Object attachment which are in Word format into PDF format. tried using ConvertToPDF OOB Activity but that needs a Section as input. In my case i have a word document as attachment as input.

We have HTMLtoPDF OOOB Activity but that requires HTML Stream as input parameter.
