Highlighting a Control border in RED when there is a client-side or sever-side validation error

Hello All,

According to client expectations (UI)...

Whenever there is an client-side or sever-side validation error, the border of the corresponding control (such as Textbox etc..) must be highlighted in RED.

Current Pega OOTB way of handling this is to display an error icon before the corresponding control.

Is there any custom code available to achieve the requested change throughout the application? Please suggest!
