Robot manager usage

Hi,
Recently had started with Pega robotics and done with Pega Robotic Automation Architect Essentials.
I have come across Pega Robot Manager, can anyone help me to understand what is it used for? because I am unable to find its usage. I understand it is kind of a dashboard, but do we deploy automations in that? or have to configure something there.

Pega Robot Manager is used to monitor the performance, health, and throughput of your robotic process automation (RPA) virtual machines (VMs).
