Although if none of this works try this work around solution for this. Lets say you have a date type & currency controls in your page list. The export feature will treat everything as string. To achieve your requirement, create a text property & update this property to have your formatted value. Update your template with this property instead of original property.

Ex: OOTB date property(i.e. Lets say OriginalDate) will be displayed as 20160202T213400.000 GMT in clipboard. If you want to format this to 2016/02/02, create a text property (i.e. lets say FormattedDate)  & then use functions in data transform(DT) rule to set formatted date to this.  In DT rule, use set method. i.e.

Set FormattedDate= @DateTime.FormatDateTime(OriginalDate,"yyyy/MM/dd",null,null).

Try same for currency also.
