Section 3: Optimizing the Customer Value in the Call Center
Practicing what you learned lab - 1st lab in the Course...
1. I reserved and opened the cloud instance as directed.
2. Logged in successfully using the "cacsr"/"install" username password as directed.
3. Click "New" to create incoming call as directed in the Detailed Steps section. Result: The "Demo Screen Pops" (next step according to the directions) menu choice does not respond (I have actually had this happen in other labs but did not place a post about it).
Any advice on why this menu choice is ignoring my click? Other menu choices work, just not the one I need. I have logged in/out a few times with no change. I am currently trying to figure out how to restart the virtual machine if that is possible while I await a response...
