Display Multiple fields on a page list in UI for user to Enter.
I have a requirement in which, A property in PageList needs to be upto 13 different values. So I need to display 13 textinput boxes in UI for User so that he can enter upto 13 different values. Please help me on what UI design approach is best.

If I understand you correctly, one property in your pagelist e.g. P can hold 13 values.
So P = P1, P2, P3....P13 (concatenated in some fashion) (P1...P13 need to be temp properties on the pagelist too)
Can you display P as a link in the grid row, click of the link opens an overlay that displays P1...P13 as input values to enter. Submitting the overlay will refresh the grid row to update the value of P based on the values you entered for P1...P13.

I am having trouble visualizing the requirement. Can you perhaps give a real world use case without any sensitive or identifying information?
Because at first it sounded like you needed a dropdown control but after re-reading this a few times I am still not quite clear on the design/question.
