Does Openspan Winhllapi text adapter interrogation allow keyboard keys like Pause break
I'm working on Interrogating a IBM Pcomm Winhllapi Text adapter to invoke a Mainframe application (MyExtra Enterprise). My Text Adapter is not allowing Pause Break key. Im Mainframe , on click on Pause Break, it should move to next screen. Any suggestions

Use 'SendKeyToHost' method with parameter 'Clear' on the emulator. The 'Clear' parameter behaves the way as Pause Break functionality.

Thank you Murugan for the response. I'm able to move further in Automation, but facing issue while interrogating the screens in Text Adapter. Unable to capture next screens even after pressing Pause/Break button.

Soujanyaal, I'm not getting the issue. Do you mean the Mainframe window is not responding to Pause/Break or the Text Adapter not reflecting the next screen even after the Mainframe screen has been navigated?

Does the session set on your Text Adapter match with the Mainframe window session?

Yes. And also i'm able to capture first four screens. Issue is occurring in Fifth screen, where pause/break button is not being recognized by Adapter.

It is difficult to comment without seeing the issue. Suggest to raise a ticket/SR so that Pega support could check this issue, if still not resolved.
