This would be hard to assist with via the forums. In general, this means you have something in your automation that is corrupted. Certainly if you have any red blocks, those might be the issue. You  can also look for any connection points that are not connected to anything but are still bolded (will be hard to see). If the automation is not large, I would try to recreate it without copying and pasting from the existing one. Likely something got corrupted when you deleted something.
