SMS agent is stopped mysteriously.

The sms agent is stopped mysteriously-

Steps attempted to figure reason from logs:

1. No exception- There are no oLog.error statements in logs relating to the agent activities.

2. No manual shutdown- There are no statements printed in logs when an agent is stopped manually.

3. There was no system restart at that time.

What could be the reason for sms agent stopping?

Is this issue happened only once or getting the same issue now ? if it's occurring now please enable debug level on below classes and attach pega rules log file.

Have you checked the Broken-Process in System queue management to get any details about the problematic agent .
