Attaching screen shot of tabs from open browser window

Hi,

I understand that there is a OOTB feature to attach screen shot to a case.Is there a way to restrict it to only the browsers opened and also we require to take screen shots of tabs. As of now in Pega it displays all windows opened in desktop.

The only OOTB feature for this is the screen capture utility. It does have the capability to select specific windows, but it will not be able to drill down and give you views into each tab.

With that said, it is still ActiveX only, so it is IE only, and is deprecated in later releases (7.3+)
