Cannot interact with Applet (in Siebel) when Siebel is hooked by webadapter
Has anyone experienced an issue where a Java Applet in Siebel becomes non-interactive when Siebel is hooked by a webadapter? The applet works fine when Siebel is launched normally (not launched or hooked by a webadapter) by the same user on the same computer.

A fix for this issue was include in Pega Robotic Studio/Plug-in/Runtime version 8.0.1075 and higher.

After further investigation I have discovered that Siebel is not the cause of the issue. The applet is still non-interactive when the html page it is embedded in is accessed directly via URL completely outside of Siebel.

Unfortunately no, it is an internal webpage.
After some further investigation we have opened a SR with Pega and a root cause is being investigated. The short-term solution is that disabling the JavaTargetFactory will make the applet interactive again. This is obviously a short-term solution as disabling Java is not really an option.
