The DivCollection is referring to a control that is using clones. The user interrogated a control and made the match rules generic to match to multiple div elements.
To get the "webControlProxy" you will right-click the data output for the Items and choose Extract Proxy. In your screenshot above, the user right-clicked the 'Item' on the ListLoop data output and chose Extract Proxy.
