CLSA 7.3 Prerequisites

CLSA has some Prerequisites marked as Required:
Certified System Architect (CSA) credential
Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) credential
Customer Service Ready badge
Pega 7 Ready badge
Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) credential or Certified Pega Senior Marketing Consultant (CPSMC) credential
Is it Mandatory for a person to have all these certifications before he tries for CLSA, as I believe earlier it was only CSA, CSSA as Prerequisites

For the CLSA 7.1 exams, you are correct that the only prerequisites were the CSA and CSSA certifications.
For the CLSA 7.3 exams, however, we are requiring several more prerequisites, as they will help you to be prepared for the CLSA 7.3 program. The prerequisites you have listed are required.

In order to earn customer service ready badge, we should complete CCSA certification too. So its a prerequisite of CLSA 7.3 to complete CCSA too. Can you confirm this please? Also either CPDC or CPSMC is enough for CLSA and not both

In order to earn the Customer Service Ready badge currently, it is a requirement to earn the CCSA certification.
Either the CPDC or the CSPMC certification is required for the CLSA 7.3 program - not both certifications.

Due to the CCSA certification exam retiring on December 31, 2017, the requirements to earn the Customer Service Ready badge needed to be updated. It is correct that there are now 2 Customer Service courses (version 7.22) that need to be completed in order to earn the Customer Service Ready badge. Just want to rephrase, Hence in order to go for CLSA7.3 we should complete CSA,CSSA,CCSA,CPDC (all these 4 Certifications) as a pre-requisite ?

This should be fine. In the mean time CCSA is going to expire on 31Dec 2017.
Hence what would be status on that and how we can get Customer Service Ready badge on that please? (Though i understand once certification received it will stay there but we cant retake CCSA if not passed. My concern was mainly on that)
Also why there are so many certifications and 2 more exams in the middle before we appear for CLSA now?

I understand that CSA,CSSA,CCSA,CPDC (all these 4 Certifications) are mandatory prerequisites for CLSA 7.3. Can you please also confirm if there is any specification on the versions of CSA and CSSA?
For example: I did CSA and CSSA long back in 5.x versions. Are they considered?

The CPMC certification is not a valid prerequisite for the LSA Readiness exam. You either need to earn CPDC certification or CSPMC certification.

The LSA 7.3 certification program is designed differently from past CLSA programs. This is because the LSA's role is broad in scope. As part of becoming a CLSA in version 7.3, we want LSA 7.3 certification candidates to be well-prepared in many aspects of Pega, so they can be successful on projects as an LSA. Decisioning and Customer Service are two of those areas. The LSA Readiness exam will test on Decisioning and Customer Service, in addition to many other topics.
