If you expose all columns of the data tables, you can have a data table without pzPVStream. If you intend to use BIX to extract data from a table, you can  do BIX extraction from table with no pzpvstream, starting in BIX 7.1.9

You can achieve it below steps. which we did it in one of the project.

Step 1: Create SQL Connector and write the table creation query. So in this query you will add your own columns. like below or refer any pega create table scripts. Run this connector from activity.

(CREATE TABLE table_name (
    column1 datatype,
    column2 datatype,
    column3 datatype,
   ....
);

Step 2: Create a class and the properties which are work as your columns mapping properties for created table.

Step 3: Create Database Table (SysAdmin > Database Table) record and mapped the created class to created table.

after following the above steps once again save the records and check your columns in table. (best way is DesigneStudio >> Database >> Schem Tools)
