Unable to Access online practice for pega 7.2

Consistently receiving following error for past couple of days accessing practice URL with error below:

Status fail

Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator

Operator IDUnauthenticated or not available

Requestor ID No ID available

Timestamp Mon Aug 28 21:53:39 UTC 2017

Engine Version PegaRULES 7.20 ML0 (coreAssemblyCached_72_868)

Please be sure you are only accessing the course exercise environment from the "Open Exercise System" link found in each exercise. Do not use bookmarked URLs as they will shift over time and fail.

If this does not resolve your issue, please submit an email to Proprietary information hidden with steps taken and screenshot samples of what you encounter.
