Close all open tabs

Hi,

My Requirement is to close all open tabs on click of button in one of the tab.

I am using "pega.desktop.closeAllDocuments" . But it does not closes all the workitems.

Thanks for posting your query in PSC :)

Are you passing event with pega.desktop.closeAllDocuments function? 

Refer the below screenshot showing OOTB use case wherein we have 'CloseAll'.

Could you share screenshots displaying the configuration made at your end with actual outcome.

Hello Akanksha, 

Are you using a multi-document dynamic container? To confirm check where the dynamic container is used and its configuration.

For example, pega.desktop.closeAllDocuments on the designer studio will close all the tabs because it is using a multi-doc DC.

Yes, we are using multi-document dynamic container.

Hello Akanksha, 

I tried adding button to a tab and configured closeAllDocument on click of the button. I see all the tabs are getting closed.

Refer the attached document for your reference.

PS: My observation is from Pega 7.2.1.
